Lots of Infection Detected warnings while backing up via time machine

I assume these are false positives, as I have never had this happen before; and because all the warnings came within a few seconds of eachother. But I wanted to post a screenshot here just to be on the safe side.

What do you guys think? Is this anything to be worried about?

Hi, you can run a full system scan. If these infections are detected on your filesystem, I would suggest chesting the files. If not, they are false positives.
