Every time I restart my phone I get a SMS notifying me the sim has been changed. I have two sims both should be trusted. One was in the phone when I installed avast and I have added the other by dialing the pin code to enter Antitheft mode. I have to turn off my phone quite a lot and I will be getting charged for these SMS’s especially when I am abroad. Is this normal behaviour or is something wrong?

are you using a dual sim phone? if yes, please deactivate/uninstall Anti-Theft. We don’t get a clear reading of the IMEI’s from Android on dual sim devices.
If not, please deactivate, change sim and reactivate Anti-Theft if you need to change the SIM card. This will prevent the sending of the notification SMS.
