Lots of Viruses! Do I....?

Do I delete them all? Chest them, What happens if I can’t - Are they dangerous, Which ones need to be deleted immediately?

It seems to effect the C Drive about 99% of the time

It looks like a malware for me as i cant search anything about this file.

What about delete? Is delete working?

And the Application Data folder is attributes to hidden. You need to do something to unhidden it.

It might, I didn’t do it as I didn’t want to break anything. Boot times scans running right now, Lots of viruses. I’ll try it though.

Good luck searching virus on your computer. Hope you will be happy with the viruses. ;D

Why so many!!! >:(

There was 154 Infections

That’s quite a few

Hmmm… there are quite some infections… I suggest:

  1. Disable System Restore and reenable it after step 3.
  2. Clean your temporary files.
  3. Schedule a boot time scanning with avast with archive scanning turned on. If avast does not detect it, you can try DrWeb CureIT! instead.
  4. Use SUPERantispyware, MBAM or Spyware Terminator to scan for spywares and trojans. If any infection is detected, better and safer is send the file to Quarantine than to simple delete than.
  5. Test your machine with anti-rootkit applications. I suggest avast! antirootkit or Trend Micro RootkitBuster.
  6. Make a HijackThis log to post here or, better, submit the RunScanner log to to on-line analysis.
  7. Immunize your system with SpywareBlaster or Windows Advanced Care.
  8. Check if you have insecure applications with Secunia Software Inspector.

If after all, you continue to be infected, consider reformatting and starting again…
