The pop up is warning you that you are loosing the ability of Windows to manage the virtual memory allocation.
You SHOULD NOT have VM shut off! When you do this, the system will depend on the physical memory available which can be used up quickly. VM allows the “swapping” of files back and forth from the physical available and the virtual memory allocated to the system functions.
I recommend setting the min to 384 and the max to 768mb.
This should allow you plenty of room to manuver.
or, you can select Windows to manage the virtual memory automatically (which sometimes is not all that great).
