Lowzones virus

I use avast4 on my computer.
now is my computer infected with Virus:Trj/Lowzones.E
the scanner detect the virus and give me the options to get rid of it, when I choose delete, it replies that c:\windows\system32\iel.exe doesn’t exist

help me please because I’m going crazy from this message which doesn’t end.
I can’t use the computer any more and opening the explorer failes.

Please help me, what should I do?
do you have a cleaner for this. I used the cleaner of avast but it couldn’t get rid of this virus
