LSA / Smitfraud-C

I discovered the following virus/worm on my computer: LSA, Smitfraud-C, Windows.systems (?).
I run many time Avast 4.7 but it seems it doesn’t find them. What I have to do to destroy them ?

 antiSPYWARE forum, so best to go to online forum of your
 antiSPYWARE Provider; if you know of none, I recommend
 the Ad-Aware oriented forums at www.landzdown.com .

What program detected these ?
What Operating System are you using ?
What avast! version and VPS file (virus database) number, e.g. 0630-2 (see about avast!) ?
What was the infected file name, where was it found e.g. (C:\windows\system32\infected-file-name.xxx) ?

Smitfraud is usually related to rogue anti-spyware programs, what other security based software do you have installed ?

To remove Smitfraud you will need to run this tool:

Follow the instructions on the page. (Also available in French and German.)

New variants of Smitfraud are constantly emerging, so if you have any problems, consult the experts at an anti-Spyware forum such as the one Spiritsongs mentioned.

I have just connected to that link (now 23:56 p.m. your post 23:06 p.m.) and it is working.

What reason can’t you reach it, what errors or warnings are displayed ?

You may have malware blocking the connection.

Could you download the tool on another computer and burn it onto a CD?

You could also try running some anti-spyware programs to check for spyware interfering with internet connections:
