They mean you need to scan , preferrably a boot scan (check help files) if you are an Avast! user.

I believe that it indicates you do not have a firewall and are therefore vulnerable as avast as far as I know only intercepts this exploit. If you do not have a firewall please get one. Welcome

They are intercepts from the Network Shield and you need do nothing else they have been blocked.

As essexboy mentions your firewall doesn’t appear to be blocking this traffic so Network Shield has.
