Mac - chest operation failed, permission deniedp

I ran a scan on my mac and it came up with four infections. Three of them I could move to the virus chest and then delete them but the fourth comes up with message

‘chest operation failed’ Failed to chest / .MobileBackups/Computer/2014-08-05-213820/Volume/Users/tiffanypascoe/Downloads/PDF-Password-Recovery v3.1.2+key/Setup.exe: Permission denied.

I deleted the PDF password recovery application and associated files but it hasn’t made a difference.
