Hi All. I have just started to use Avast latest free version.
The google is the default browser. However, I cannot connect to Google Search. The following message appears "Safari can’t open the page “http://www.google.co.uk/” because the server unexpectedly dropped the connection. If I go into Avast and disable the Web Shield I have no problem. I am not an a computer bod and would be very grateful for any help or guidance to sort the issue. Many thanks
Most probably this is caused by broken IPv6 in your network. Try to disable the IPv6 switch in the webshield advanced preferences, it should solve the issue.
