Is it possible to add file shield exclusions in Avast Mac Security 2015 for files in hidden directories like /var and /usr? These directories are not available from the Browse feature. The documentation online doesn’t seem to reveal any other method for adding exclusions.
When selecting the folder in the browser press Shift+Cmd+G and type the full path (e.g. /var).
