hi, im currently playing a game called kalonline, im playing private servers at the moment, but a file i was using (madCHook.dll) today was caught by avast, i looked up the file on spyware websites, and its al safe, yet it comes up as infected with adware, anyways to get avast to not catch that file? because ever since avast has caught the file i cant open the game :frowning: any reply is apreciated

thanks, PunkT

You have the option to exclude scanning of files in main settings and also for standard sheild provider . This will stop it from being scanned, Probably best to exclude the entire program to be safe .
good luck and report back if you have any further issues.

i tryed excluding it, but ever since it alerted me of it it no longer works

Send the file to the virus lab to alert them about false positive

you may need to re-install the program to correct whatever damage was done
