MadCustomers

I have requested a refund sending them 2 tickets …2nd of the month…and then on the 15th. I have read some posts about these refunds that you are waiting for. No answers from them in two weeks. I am sure Santa Clause can answer us more faster…Any idea what we can do to have our money back? I am sure I am not alone. Please let me know.
To be honest this “avast” is one big scam or it has the worst customer services I ever seen…
P.S. After 3 weeks waiting for an answer, one guy replied my message, telling me that I have to reinstall the software again… but I wanted the refund. The guy was a PRO!!! His name is Vladimir Hornicek. At least give him a raise…but he doesn’t want to understand I need the refund, not the software called “avast”. My ticket number MBG-687-22530.
P.P.S. Let’s see how you can help a MAD CUSTOMER (not a customer anymore but just …mad)
