Mail Shield - Can not stop insert note in outgoing emails

Howdy Folks, First post here… Avast Internet Security 2015.10.2.2218 Windows Live Mail Win 7

I can not stop the “No virus found in this message.” note in outgoing emails. I do not want Avast to add any messages to outgoing.
Under Mail Shield Settings/Behavior none of the “insert note” boxes are checked.

How can I stop messages?

I did, under general no insert notes are checked. Is there another Shield Settings for email section?
