Mail shield off (7 Avast Free)

From the beginning I worked in the cloud services after upgrading version 6 to 7, i do not know if it was a problem with my antivirus decided to reinstall, I did the uninstall correctly with aswclear in safe mode, but now it appears that the shield email is inactive, but also tells me that the web shield runs verified that it does not, and reinstall twice and does not solve:

I will install another antivirus but I am very sad because I’ve been using Avast for several years and do not want to change Is there any solution other than reformatting?

PS: I probe repair and not worked, if I press the button or Activate Fix now nothing happens.

@avast.de thank you very much!, the problem was indeed aswRdr2.sys, deleting it solved.

One last question, the cloud services is a problem not connected servers Avast ? I’ve seen several users with the same:

My problem because it does not seem to reinstall still the same, at first if it was connected but was disconnected for two days.
