We are having an issue where disabling “Add Signature to the end if sent emails” does not stick.
Checking settings few hours later and the option is ticked again.

This is a big issue as the added signature is messing up the DKIM signature of the email, and all emails are either rejected by the remote server or are being sent to SPAM.

How do we fix this ???

Where are you disabling the “Add Signature to the end if sent emails”?

If you are using a managed solutions as Avast Business Hub you have to disable it on the policy on the console. If you disable the option locally, the option will be enable when the configuration will refresh with the cloud/consol policy.
