Avast difficult to configure.
Many years ago I noticed that detect go up when enabled set “Search potentially unwanted software”. Since then I activate this setting for all screens and scans. Other settings are practically no influence on the detective and I do not touch.
But I need to go ten (10!) menu to turn it on everywhere! Some products are enabled this by default. Not a few users prefer to activate this setting.

Could you simplify the configuration of this parameter for all the screens and scans? Like so maybe:

And how long do you stare at that button ::slight_smile: nothing wrong with it imo and as far as configuration i think it is very easy and understandable myself but if you think it’s difficult then maybe you should just leave the default settings as thats why it’s preconfigured that way for the people who dont know and want simple install and forget.

PUP is not virus.....thats why it is off by default....exept in boot scan

it is just a warning to tell you that you have a program that can be used for good or bad if abused.

for me is not difficult, but I think of a more comfortable interface :wink:

This button does not appear too often during web surfing. And spoil all good impression of the design

I know, but it is the most effective way to increase detection, it would be convenient to do this in one step

Why not do very well from just a good? :slight_smile:
