Realice la compra de avast y coloque mal mi correo electrónico; puse y el correcto es:
Podrían realizar los de soporte técnico la corrección o, por favor me indican como lo resuelvo?!. No he logrado recibir un correo con la verificación de mi compra; por tanto, no he lograr confirmar la compra y descarga del producto. Gracias

I reported another member to the moderators over a week ago for leaving their email address and name… …it still hasn’t been handled. 
I have have had replies from staff, weeks after reported, that they have done something. So best not to expose personal details in the first place.
