Mal notification on startup -- blocked web addresses?

Hello, everyone. During the past few days I’ve been experiencing a notification that pops up on system startup, as well as once every 15 minutes to half hour, telling me that Avast has blocked a bad web site (opticguard is one, although there are others). It supposedly originates within my system, but a virus scan doesn’t turn up anything. It is nearly identical to the complaint lodged on this post within this forum:

I ran Malwarebytes yesterday, but it happened again today. So I started following the instructions in that thread, namely to download Zoek.exe. I ran it, and I have the results as a text file, attached. If anyone can help me, that would be awesome. Thanks!

Run as Administrator to start the tool.
(XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).
[*]Press the Fix button just once and wait.
[*]If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
[*]When finished FRST will generate a log on the Desktop, called Fixlog.txt.

Okay, and thank you. I ran the fix scan, and it generated the fixlog.txt, which I have attached below. It did require a startup, and on startup, avast did not give me that popup notification again. Will anything more be required? If not, thank you again for your help!
