I have a issue with my account.
I create a ticket.
I get an email from no-reply@business.avg.com. It acknowledging my ticket, but containing no links or contact details.
I get an email from no_reply@avast.com. It says “This is an email to remind you that your request TICKET XXXXXXXXX is pending and awaits your feedback. Please respond at your earliest convenience so we can provide further assistance if needed.” Contains no links or contact details.
Is there some way to obtain actual support - access the ticket? Webchat? Telephone?
