I tried uninstalling and re-installing avast but that didn't work,
reinstalling Antivirus does not remove infections ;)
Now every time I try to use a flash disk the files becomes shortcuts and you cant attach this to an email.
you most likely got this from a infected USB stick .... several others here with same problem

attach Malwarebytes and Farbar Recovery Scan Tool logs … 3 logs total

see below the box you write in … Attachments and other options

when done, scroll down to SPECIFIC INFECTIONS LOGS
follow MCShield instructions … this log you must copy and paste here (not attach, some forum issue make it look like chinese)

when done, a malware expert will assist you. There may be some hours waiting time
