Malicious URL Blocked - Constant warning URL:Mal infection

I am getting the message from Avast that it has blocked a malicious url from the svchost.exe process. I am getting these messages on a day to day basis. Have tried scanning and removing with both Avast as Malwarebytes, but doesn’t seem to help. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

[*]When finished FRST will generate a log on the Desktop, called Fixlog.txt.
