I accidentally opened an email w/.zip file that looked like it was from DHL. Since then, Avast continually pops up, stating Malicious URL Blocked. I did full scans by Avast and Malwarebytes but neither has isolated the problem. Please help me to locate and resolve this issue.

Try this and let me know if it disappears
Warning This fix is only relevant for this system and no other, using on another computer may cause problems
Be advised that when the fix commences it will shut down all running processes and you may lose the desktop and icons, they will return on reboot
Run OTL
