Hi, I have avast installed, and on every website, it tells me that it has blocked some malicious item. Sometimes its something with google ads, sometimes its shell something, but it happens on every website (including these forums) and there doesn’t seem to be a way to stop it. I use \Firefox, but it happens on Chrome as well. When the warnings come up, they come in groups of 5-10, and all of them are usually different. It looks like its calling every ad as malware, but that won’t explain why it happens on these forums, or other ad free places.
This is what I am getting. It started with 1, then 3…and now is 9 or 10 things blocked at least once every 10 minutes or less on any website…including this one! I wish I knew what this means and how to stop it. I run Windows 7, use Chrome and I have the most current Avast.
I’m not super computer savvy so more simple explanations would be appreciated.
