Malicious URL Blocked - Found about 18 infected files.

I have found many infected files and cured and or deleted them. I had a constant pop up warning from Avast.
I have used all cleaners and scanned my computer. I have also scanned my computer with Avast and Malware in Safe Mode. I think my computer is now clean. Can someone help me make sure that I don’t have any more hidden infected files.
The threat detected alert does not pop up now. So I think my computer is now good. ?

I have used Combo Fix, Malwarebytes, TDSSKiller, and OTL
