Since about 2-3 days my antivirus started popping up message, “MALICIOUS URL BLOCKED”.
This message kept on popping minute. I ran complete check but nothing came up.
It keeps popping when I am doing anything on my laptop like watching movies, listening to music, working on my projects or writing on this forum(The message popped like 10 times already since I started writing).
I am going out of my mind, please tell me how to get rid of it. I think my laptop is infected with TROJAN
Please please help me. I’d really appreciate it.

Please make sure you include the combo fix log in your next reply as well as describe how your computer is running now
The malicious url blocked pop up has stopped but some of my music files are now shown as shortcut and don’t show up in itunes but run when clicked from original location, they seem to play alright.

Lets replace the user32 as it fails the MD5 check
-
Close any open browsers.
-
Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.
-
Open notepad and copy/paste the text in the quotebox below into it:
FCopy:: c:\windows\winsxs\x86_microsoft-windows-user32_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.16385_none_cd0ec264ceb014a3\user32.dll | c:\windows\System32\user32.dll
Save this as CFScript.txt, in the same location as ComboFix.exe
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v666/sUBs/CFScriptB-4.gif
Refering to the picture above, drag CFScript into ComboFix.exe
When finished, it will produce a log for you at C:\ComboFix.txt which I will require in your next reply.
I have a similar problem and I think it is just avast.
It says my website through tripod is infected with a {gzip} virus.
I omitted what I had on the website last, no change.
I just think avast is mixed up.
Nothing bad was put on that website and I use it to go to other places, have my uls stored there.
So why this bother over {gzip} and gzip is not a virus anyway?
Charlie
Maybe what I need to do is uninstall avast if it keeps giving false warnings.
