OK now we need to determine which addon is responsible
So the way forward is to enable one add on and then see if the problem recurs, if it does not then enable another and so on until the culprit is revealed…
Sorry for the late reply, I was caught up with some work. I kinda lost my patience and removed all firefox add-ons, uninstalled firefox and then re-installed it.
In the last two days, the pop up did not appear. I have also removed all the tools like ComboFix.
Everything seems fine at the moment. Thanks a lot for all your help.

[*]When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.
