"Malicious URL Blocked" Notification after scan complete

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME, they just keep coming, what do I do?

I had one of those ‘fake alert’ worms last night, so I did a full scan and then a boot scan, and everything seemed fine until I opened my web browser - any advice would be appreciated…

In the last four hours, this is what I got, when I go on Facebook, Google, IMDb, or not surfing at all…

All URL:Mal, all Blocked, all C:\WINDOWS\System32\svchost.exe
