Malicious URL Blocked

Every time I try to open a new Firefox/IE webpage, Avast comes up with the following message

Infection Details
URL: h**p://76.76.100.10/
Process: C:\Windows\explorer.exe
Infection: URL:Mal

I had the same issue a few days ago, although the URL had a different number attached (69.65.40.44). I have run many virus scans/malware scans and cannot they cannot detect anything which may be causing the problem. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling a new copy of FF and IE, which fixed the problem for a while.

Is there any cause to this warning always coming up? I feel like I can no longer safely use the internet without harming my computer, which is an issue as I need to be able to access it for university/work.

follow this guide and attach (not copy and paste) logs from Malwarebytes / OTL / aswMBR

I was reading through other posts like mine and saw that you require logs to better investigate the issue. I have attached the files.

Couldn’t find this one originally. It was in an odd place. Sorry

malwarebytes was not updated when you did the scan…always hit the update button before you start a scan

it seems that you also have Norton installed…i also see some McAfee files ?
installing multiple AV can/will create all kind of mysterious windows errors and false positive detections

it is recomended to run a removal tool to clear any leftover files that may conflict from the AV you uninstall
