malicious url blocked.

since yesterday I have been getting a ‘malicious url blocked’ message every 2-4mins. I have run virus scans, malware scans ect and to no avail. I have had for approx 2 weeks now, just about every web page I go to there is an advertisment pop up box in the corner of my screen. occasionally when I click a link on a web site it will go to a blank page, saying ‘the page is no longer available, redirecting’, I then end up on a sales page… I have tried to rid myself of this but yet again to no avail.

I so desperately need some assistance.

I have attached the otl logs and aswMBR log.

malware removers are notified, but it may take several hours befor one arrive so be patient

just wondering if Im going to get any help with this problem??? Ive heard nothing back for 5/6 days…
