Receiving Malicious URL Blocked, even when the browser is not opened.
Infected Program is apparently iexplore.exe ( Yet I use Chrome/Waterfox).

start a topic in viruses and worms forum section…
in that section, follow the logs to assist in cleaning malware guide at top in that section
run the first 4 programs in that guide in order they are listed and attach the logs
when done, malware experts will be notified and help you … guess they all are in bed now so help will arrive tomorrow
