Hello, avast has been alerting me constantly of blocking a harmful site. I have run numerous scans with Avast and Malwarbytes in and out of safe mode, but neither show anything infected. I’m at a loss of what to do.
I run on Windows 7, 64-bit if that helps.

follow this guide and attach the logs…not copy and paste. http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0

AdwCleaner
Mawarebytes
OTL
aswMBR

Ok, I ran the scans as instructed (attached below). However, when the OTL finished only one log popped up. I did a search for the other that was supposed to appear but couldn’t find it. Should I run the OTL again? Thanks in advance.

Sorry for the delayed reply.
I’ve ran into a snag with downloading combofix to my desktop. I’m not getting the prompt to choose where to save it, and I’m not sure how to change that. It goes straight to my downloads folder.

Then just cut Combofix.exe from Download folder and paste it to your Desktop.
Combofix is recommended to be run from desktop.

TDS and combofix logs.

Multiple Antivirus Programs

You are running more than 1 Antivirus program!

AV: avast! Antivirus Disabled/Updated
AV: Trend Micro Titanium Internet Security Disabled/Outdated

Running - more than one - antivirus program is not recommended because:
[*]They can conflict with each other.
[*]Report the other antivirus software as malicious.
[*]Antivirus programs use an enormous amount of computer’s resources… actively scanning your computer.
[*]Can cause your computer to become unstable…run slowly and even, in rare cases, BSOD crash…etc
I strongly suggest you uninstall one of them. Which one, is your decision.

Personally, I recommend that you remove TrendoMicro but this is definitely your choice

Then download TrendMicro AV or avast Uninstaller tool from here to remove remains

Ugh of course I would cause more problems. Hopefully I did it right this time.

Couldn’t fit the last log in previous post.

Ok, there is no need to restore files … they are still where they need to be

If you dont have any more malware warnings (becouse you shouldn’t have them anymore) then lets remove other used tools…

Re-run OTL and click on CleanUp! button.

You will be asked to reboot the machine to finish the cleanup process, choose Yes.
After the reboot all the tools we used should be gone.
Note: Some more recently created tools may not yet be removed by OTL. Feel free to manually delete any tools it leaves behind.

Awesome, I did all that, no more pop ups! Thanks for all the help and your patience. Really really appreciate it
