malicouse url blocked

I keep getting a red box pop up that says malicouse URL blocked. I have done a boot scan, and when I did the command to delete the virus it found, I had a message come up saying an error occured and it wouldn’t delete the virus. I have also did a full computer scan. It did find some malware but when I chose to have it deleted a window popped up and it said it was not able to delete. So I chose to have it moved to the chest and it wouldn’t do that either. I do not know what to do. Please help!

a screen shot of the avast warning and the scan result would help us

we need you to attach some logs, see here. http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0

I clicked on the address that you suggested and there is so much information on that page, I have no idea where to even start. Is it posslible to have some one call me and walk me through this process?

These are the only two reports that I could find…My computer is back to the way it was when I bought it a month ago. I have had my share of computers over the years and this is the first time I have had a virus/worm/etc that I couldn’t take care of!! I noticed in on log that was ran, it found something called “I want this”…God only knows where that came from, but I kept finding everywhere in my computer. So I am sure that is what started the problem. Anyway, Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!   :). Also if you need the other logs, maybe you can suggest where thay may have been saved or if I come across them I will post them here. Again, THANK YOU!!

Kendra

The TDSSKiller log will be at C:\TDSSKiller date _ time

The AdwCleaner should be in the same place as you ran the programme from

Combofix should be at C:\combofix.txt

I will need to see the logs to determine whether there are any remnants to kill

I really hope this is what you need… :-\

That all looks good… Could you run TDSSKiller one more time, do not cure or delete anything then attach the log

Here ya go!

Any further problems ?

No further problems. Everything is working great!!

Subject to no further problems

I will remove my tools now and give some recommendations, but, I would like you to run for 24 hours or so and come back if you have any problems
