I’ve been using the Avast free version for awhile with no problems, but just today it sent me a notification that it detected and deleted “malware” on my computer. That “malware” was an important .dll file for Steam, the big gaming program. Fortunately I was able to restore the file, but for the sake of other gamers out there, please note that the file steamclient.dll is not malware. Thank you.
