Not knowing anything of your experience it is hard to say - You need to qualify from one of the Unite Schools before you would be allowed to be able to do any malware removal in the avast forums.
One such site is http://www.geekstogo.com/ GeekU as mentioned. You would have to create an account to log in for many areas of the forum. Once having read the information at the GeekU link given, the next step if you feel that you have the experience mentioned you can apply at the Community > GeekU Applications.
That should give you an idea of what is required to even get started.
