Malware gen found and not sure what I should do

Avast found Win32: Malware-gen and deleted it.

It was located in C:/Users/user/AppData/Local/unity/webplayer/Uninstall.exe

It was a automated scan and I didn’t remember to look at the results so I noticed it now and it was detected on 16.12.2013.

I’ve run several scans after that with malwarebytes and avast and they haven’t found anything, but im new to this stuff so i’m not sure if there is something left in my computer.

Could someone help me with this?

Hello,

Step 1:

Attach the malwarebytes log and re-run another scan as “Quick Scan”.

Step 2:

Follow this guide and attach the OTL and aswMBR (Which is Windows 7 only).
