The malware WP231b.top has invaded my computer while I was reading the eedition of my newspaper. Now I can no longer contact the newspaper as I’m locked out of my subscription. I don’t know how to remove the subscription and reinstall it. I have Windows 10 with Chrome browser.

Test the newspaper URL that caused it at https://www.virustotal.com or https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/ to check for malware or if clean.
If clean send a False Positive form to Avast using: Choose Your Sample Submission Type | Avast

After the scan, clear the cache and cookies from the Chrome browser. You can now try logging into your newspaper again. Access it from a different device or web browser if nothing works.
If clearing out cookies etc does not help. Then disable any Chrome Extensions/Addon’s one by one and test. Particularly any Chrome Extensions/Addon’s you did not add or do not recognise.
