Malware Name: Win32:SysPatch [Wrm]

So I’ve found this virus on my computer, and recently, my computer has been able to detect it. However, I can not seem to do ANYTHING with it. I can not delete, repair, or move it to the chest. The only thing that pops up when I try to is the message that it is a “Read File Only” and that it can not process the file.
File Name: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\USER32.DLL

I have tried using SUPERAntiSpyware and MalwareBytes as well, but to no success.
If anyone can help, that would be greatly appreciated

Because it is an important system file you can’t go moving it to the chest or deleting it.
