Navlinks is a browser plugin adware and redirector. Avast can’t deal with it alone. Which is kinda weird, don’t you think? My opinion of a good AV is one which works by itself, detecting bad software. Not one which depends of three or four softwares to aid it in working. Kinda like a janitor who need “cleaning assistants” for a 2 store building.
This is the best tutorial I’ve found to remove it: http://www.rescuemybrowser.com/navlinks-virus-removal.
Good luck!
