Malware URL blocked

Since a few weeks ago, I’ve been getting constant messages from Avast telling me that some malware URLs have been blocked. Always on the same IP, but through different programs. So far, said URL was attempted to be opened from opera.exe, wmpnetwk.exe, svchost.exe, µtorrent.exe. All scans performed so far showed nothing wrong, yet I still keep getting this. Furthermore, I don’t understand why, out of the blue, these processes attempt to go there.
I’ve taken the necessary steps, so find enclosed the various logs.

Thank you very much
I really really hope this thing can be fixed, it’s driving me bonkers.

aswMBR log

Would I be right in assuming your ISP is not in Romania ?

Warning This fix is only relevant for this system and no other, using on another computer may cause problems

Be advised that when the fix commences it will shut down all running processes and you may lose the desktop and icons, they will return on reboot

Run OTL

[*]Under the Custom Scans/Fixes box at the bottom, paste in the following

:OTL O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\Interfaces\{AEB77349-9E70-43E0-823C-0798C87763EC}: DhcpNameServer = 89.37.120.6 89.34.72.42 194.102.93.2

:Files
ipconfig /flushdns /c

:Commands
[purity]
[resethosts]
[emptytemp]
[CREATERESTOREPOINT]
[Reboot]

[*]Then click the Run Fix button at the top
[*]Let the program run unhindered, reboot the PC when it is done
[*]Open OTL again and click the Quick Scan button. Post the log it produces in your next reply.

The ISP is, in fact, Romanian. As a matter of fact (and I don’t know how I didn’t see this sooner) the IP it tries to connect to when I get those malware warnings is very similar to my own and, probably, on the same network.
Also, I attached the new OTL log, after running the fix.

Hmm the dhcp server has reset to the one I removed

Are you still getting alerts ?

The alerts seem to have stopped. I tried to use the stuff that usually generates the alerts as much as possible, but so far, nothing, so I think the fix did the trick.
Should I get any more over the next 24 hours, I’ll post a reply here but, as of now, I am feeling rather optimistic.
Thank ye very much.

Aye monitor it please as I also reset and flushed the dnscache
