Malware url:mal Google

Hi,

I’ve got similar the same problem as http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=96684.0.

Google and Google-analitics is blocked by avast. Ping to google.com goes with IP 173.194.70.100.

First I checked for viruses, and found 4 viruses and deleted them.

Before I got here, I’ve been searching for some solution. I found one, that used Malwarebytes and SUPERAntiSpyware. I’ve already done the testing and removed more than 800 threads with SUPERAntiSpyware and more than 100 threads with Malwarebytes, but I didn’t save the log so I’m testing again. Is there possibility to help me without the log?

Sorry for not posting the logs and also sorry for the spelling.

Malwarebytes, but I didn't save the log so I'm testing again.
logs are autosaved in Malwarebytes..... open it and see the logs tab at top long time since i used it so cant remember how/if SAS did it...

follow this guide and attach the logs…not copy and paste. http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=53253.0

[*]When finished, it shall produce a log for you.
[*]Please include the C:\ComboFix.txt in your next reply.

Notes:

  1. Do not mouse-click Combofix’s window while it is running. That may cause it to stall.
  2. Do not “re-run” Combofix. If you have a problem, reply back for further instructions.
  3. If after the reboot you get errors about programmes being marked for deletion then reboot, that will cure it.

Please make sure you include the combo fix log in your next reply as well as describe how your computer is running now

It seems, that Combofix is stuck. I didn’t click it. It just wanted to install some kind of windows recovery tool, so I clicked yes and let it install. Now I’ve got blue window saying that it will take 10 or 20 minutes. After maybe 40 minutes and all PC is stuck (so I can’t post logs). What shall I do?

Edit1:
I stopped the avast only for one our, I wanted till restart, but I misclicked. And now it’s more than our, and also clocks in the tray stopped. Also when the TDSSKiller found a malware (something like WinRload) Avast catched it and put it in a virus chest.
And one strange thing. After running OTL fix, after reboot some unknown hardware installed.

Edit2:
So I restarted the PC. Logs will be in next post.

Behavior is still the same, google is blocked by avast and it’s still redirected.
Logs attached.

OK try this and hold off on combofix for the moment

Warning This fix is only relevant for this system and no other, using on another computer may cause problems

Be advised that when the fix commences it will shut down all running processes and you may lose the desktop and icons, they will return on reboot

Run OTL

Done

Edit:
Redirect is gone, I can search Google and no virus detection appears.

Any further problems before I tidy up ?
