Malware - Vista Antispyware Purchase

Hello
Have AVAST registered as my antivirus, but last night the Avast symbol was replaces by the Vista sheild and now I cannot use the internet at all, am being pointed to purchase Vista antispyware…? Look from work internet today, I see this may be malware? Not very good technically…why did Avast fail to recognise this, and how can I get rid of it

after install click UPDATE and run quick scan, click on REMOVE SELECTED to quarantine anything found
