windows is not installing important updates as it states I have maleware on computer. I have done all the scans and nothing is coming up. What should I do

I have already run all these scans avast, malware and super spyware did not find anything. live one scanner found 3 issued but could’nt delete or repair.
and when I tried to find out what they were it stated the programme was not responding. I am also getting a blue crash dump screen now and again.

Ran the emsisoft.com scanner and it detected 8 items that cannot be deleted. I have attached them - any ideas

My system is frequently being infected. Is there anything else I can do? I am running Avast and I have windows firewall.
Surf and have good Internet habits.
Keep your antivirus updated, your firewall on.
I’ll add MBAM to scan your computer from time to time.
