malgré l’exécution du smartscan, j’ai toujours des pop-up de “malwares”; Avast dit que tout est ok…
quelqu’un peut m’aider svp ?
Have you ever used McAfee in the past and if so did you remove it before you installed Avast.
It could be a conflict of anti virus software or even a fake popup that a lot of scammers use. as its not in english im not sure what it says on the popup.
Hello, thanks for your message. Yes, I used Avast in the past but removed it before installing new Premium version. There are several different messages appearing in the popups (all with the same address) about viruses, etc. I don’t undestand all because it’s not my language neither… Avast identified these pop-ups as malwares and put them in quarantine but they occur again and Avast says it’s ok,all is good… no malware found
They could be fake push popups.
in english but read here or search youtube for walkthrough how to remove fake popups. hope this helps.
