Good morning,
My Android devices tell me they detected a man-in-the-middle when I do a network scan and my VPN kicks in.
I tested under Windows 11 and I have a message saying that ports are open and can allow individuals to enter my network.
The vulnerability identifier is: HNS-WAN-ACCESS and the open ports: 22589, 50997, 51000, and 63388.
Avast asks me to close them.
After analysis, it seems that my router (Livebox 5 from Orange) is the problem because it accesses the Internet; but that’s his job, isn’t it?
What can I do to fix this issue that seems to have occurred after an Avast One update?
FYI, my brother who has a Livebox 2 has the same problem with Avast VPN Security…
Thanks for reading me.
Eric
See my post in the Avast One for Android child board. There’s nothing wrong with your router. The app has a bug that they’re supposedly working to fix.

The problem seems solved for Android but not on Windows 11
