Hi,

Sorry for my bad english, but i want to do a little suggestion.

I have currently a licence key for 3 computers, i do a renew in the website (gold Reseller) and i get a new keys for 3 computers during 2 years !
And now ?

How ?
On the my.avast i can only buy a new or renew ? where i can put the new key if i haven’t the computer in my home ? (it is 2 parent’s computers)

First I’m an avast user, so I can’t speak for avast.

I believe that they are looking into being able to assign a license to a device via the my.avast.com account. But I don’t know how and when this will occur.

For get the license file, i MUST activate the license !
For activate the license, i MUST put in Avast software !
For put in Avast software, i MUST have the computer…

It is my parent’s computers, i don’t live with them…
So, now how can i do ?

Why i can’t activate (or add) new licence key on my avast and get the file ???
Please improve that…

The license.avastlic file that came with the email can be saved to your hard disk (it is also a multi-PC license that you purchased for 3PCs), so you can send a copy to your parents (email or a file store like your dropbox or other file share where they can download it.

They copy it on to there respective PCs and double click the file the avast program will insert it into the program.

If you purchased it using your normal email that is associated with your my.avast.com account, I believe that should be detected in your avast account. If your parents when they registered use your account you might even be able to assign the license to there PC/device.

That assumes that you can see Licenses in your my.avast.com account.

If you need another copy of your license - Resend avast License https://www.avast.com/resend-license-paid.php, you will need to enter the email that you used when purchasing the license, e.g. the one that the original email with the link was sent.

Pour activer votre logiciel Avast:

Ouvrez votre logiciel Avast en double cliquant sur l’icone Avast sur votre bureau.

Allez dans Paramètres >Abonnement > Insérer un code d’activation

Insérez le code suivant: xxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxx

Après la première activation, vous recevrez le fichier de licences par Email.

Yes i can take my car or take the train during 2 hours for just put a key in avast…
Or may be improve my.avast.com for online activation no ?
