Using thunderbird with IMAP account can’t receive emails. Icon in taskbar shows, that avast connected to mail server and has number of emails. But thats all. Email scanning takes a lot of time, and email is not received.
Which is your pop3/smtp servers?
I mean, pop3.gmail.com or smtp.gmail.com for instance…
Can you receive mail with other email program?
Do you use a firewall? If so, is ashMaiSv.exe allowed to connect?
