Managing number of devices in account

My Avast account shows that I have 6 devices linked. I cannot see the devices in the account. I need to verify and amend accordingly. Where can I see which devices are linked. Thank you. Jonathan

Hey Jonathan, just log into your Avast account, go to the “Subscriptions” or “My Devices” section. It should show a list of devices linked to your account. If you can’t see them, try refreshing the page or checking the app if you have it installed. You might also want to contact Avast support if something’s missing!

Hi Kevin, thank you for your response. Much appreciated. I have logged into my avast account. In my subscriptions there is no option for devices and there is no devices tile in my account at all. I am using the Avast Ultimate (Multi-Device) package. Which app are you referring to? I have all the apps installed to use the avast services. I have tried support, you have to call them in USA, UK or Australia or use the chat facility which I am still working on. There is no option to log a call and get them to email you back to explain the problem. Thank you. Regards, Jonathan

Like jonathan Ithere isn’t any “My Devices” button? I have 2 dead laptops which were running avast in my bundle of 10. So I want to use 2 new devices to replace them with Avast running on them. How do I do this?

Hey Jonathan,

Try this:

  1. Open Avast, go to Menu > My Subscriptions.
  2. Click Install on another device and send the link to your other device.

Once you install, it should show up in your account.

Hey, just install Avast on your new devices using the “Install on another device” link from your current Avast app. It’ll auto-replace the old ones, no need to manually remove the dead laptops.

Hi Kevin, thank you for your response again. Currently I don’t have another device to add. I might be getting one in the near future. I am just trying to reduce the number used. I found an old device with android 8 or 9 which I disconnected from Avast. The number dropped to 5, and I found another android 6 which I disconnected as well. Just waiting for it to drop to 4 devices. I had an older tablet which I don’t have anymore. Currently I am using a mobile and a tablet on android 13. Thank you. Regards, Jonathan.
