I hve sevral Avast apps: Premium security,Ultimae, Antitrack, Breachguard, cleaner and driver update. Contract renewal are sent separately for each, and I receive proposals for some I already have. Its comfusing as it is difficult to keep track of all theses payments to th same vendor
I suggest that you manage all apps together with only one yearly renewal invoice with possibly monthly payement by IBAN. It could be fine to be able to send you a message if no answer is found in the ‘current questions’ area here ore in the ‘help’ section.

- Why no answer from Avast for the last message?
- in January I got an adviser and we decided to gather all contracts in one VIP Ultimate.which should last up to 2028 owing to several purchases of the same thing.
- I still receive notices (3 this morning) about no renewal of some functions
- Impossible to reach a human:, possibly by mail only bots which are absolutely stupid.
- Il no answer to this message by the end of March, I shall cancel everything (secure identity, Ultimate VIP, premium security, ultimate, free antivirus, antitrack, breachguard, cleanup, updater, premium security, VPN), ask for a refund and skip to some other specialist!

Posting your emails on a public forum isn’t wise as it could be harvested for all sorts of things. I will see if it can be removed.
