I used to map the google drive directory to a network drive letter (i.e. M:)/
From the moment I installed Avast Internet Security - I can’t do it?
Do I need to change something in the definitions or so?

Do you mean you cant connect to google drive?
could it be a avast firewall problem?
Setting up Firewall Application Rules in Avast Antivirus
https://support.avast.com/en-eu/article/Antivirus-Firewall-Application-Rules
you may need to experiment with firewall network profile in private or puplic mode
also Internet Connection Sharing Mode on/off
I can connect to google drive
but I cannot map a drive letter.
I want to map M: to c:\users<myuser>\googledrive
I could do it before I installed the premier version of Avast.
