I have a Blu phone running marshmellow and I noticed after I power on the phone the Avast is running message does not show unless I manually start it. Why is this not automatic ? It seems I defeat the purpose of mobile security if I forget to start the app.
Hi, haven’t you disabled the permanent notification in the status bar? It needs to be on to prevent the Android from killing the app and affecting the real-time protection. Please turn the notification on (Tools - Settings - Notifications - Permanent notification) and let me know, if it does not help.
